Keep your PetalHost account secure by regularly updating your Customer Portal password. This guide shows you how to change your password from within the client area.
Before you start
You must be logged in to the PetalHost Customer Portal to change your password.

Steps to change your password
- Log in to the PetalHost Customer Portal at https://petalhost.com/members/.
- On the top menu bar, click HELLO, NAME! (where NAME is your first name).
- In the dropdown menu, click Change Password.
- On the Change Password page, fill out the form:
- Existing Password – Enter your current password.
- New Password – Type your new password, or click Generate Password for a strong random password.
- Confirm New Password – Retype the new password to confirm.
- Click Save Changes to update your password.
Password requirements: Use at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols for maximum security.
After changing your password
- Use your new password the next time you log in to the Customer Portal.
- Update your password in any password managers or browsers where it was saved.
- If you use this password for other services, consider updating those too for better security.
If you forget your new password after changing it, use the Forgot Password? link on the login page to reset it.
Troubleshooting
- Old password not accepted? Double-check your current password is entered correctly (passwords are case-sensitive).
- New passwords don't match? Make sure both fields have identical text before clicking Save Changes.
