This article demonstrates how to order additional products and services for your existing Petal Host customer account directly from the Customer Portal.

Ordering additional products and services
To order additional products or services for your account, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Customer Portal.
- On the menu bar, click SERVICES, and then click ORDER NEW SERVICES.
- In the Categories sidebar, click the product or service category you want:
- Web Hosting – Shared hosting plans
- VPS Hosting – VPS server plans
- Managed VPS Hosting – Fully managed VPS
- Domains – Domain registration
- Addons – SSL certificates, backups, etc.
- From the list of available products, click Order Now next to your desired package.
- Follow the checkout prompts to configure and complete your purchase.
