This article describes how to manage your quotes on the Petal Host Customer Portal.
Before you start
If you do not know how to log in to the Customer Portal, please see: How to access the PetalHost Customer Portal.
Managing quotes
To manage your quotes in the Customer Portal, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Customer Portal.
- On the menu bar, click BILLING, and then click MY QUOTES.
The My Quotes page appears with a list of your quotes. Select one of the following options:
- To view a quote in more detail: Click its status in the Stage column.
- To download a quote as a PDF file: Click Download.
