Before you start

Viewing and changing account login settings

Your shared hosting username/password (for cPanel, SSH, FTP) is different from your Customer Portal login.

  2. On the menu bar, click SERVICES, then MY SERVICES.
  3. Click the hosting account you want to manage.
  4. To view password: Under Connection Details, click the eye icon next to Password.
  5. To change password: In the Actions sidebar, click Change Control Panel Password.
  6. Enter new password (use Generate Password for strong random password).
  7. Confirm password and click Save Changes.

Using Quick Shortcuts

Access common cPanel features directly from the Customer Portal:

  1. Follow steps 1-3 above to open your hosting account.

The portal automatically logs you into cPanel for that feature.

Creating email accounts

  2. Yourname: Enter username (e.g., "info").
  3. Desired Password: Enter password or generate one.
  4. Click Create.

Viewing usage statistics

  1. Follow steps 1-3 above to open your hosting account.
  2. In the Usage Statistics section, view:
    • Disk usage
    • Bandwidth usage
