How to change an account’s billing cycle

This article explains how to change your account's billing cycle from monthly to quarterly, semi-annually, or annually to take advantage of Petal Host's discounted pre-paid billing options.

Changing the billing cycle

To change your billing cycle, you must submit a support ticket request. Customers cannot change billing cycles directly from the Customer Portal at this time.

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.
  2. Go to Support Tickets.
  3. Create a new ticket and specify:
    • Your account/service you want to change
    • Current billing cycle (monthly, etc.)
    • New billing cycle you want (quarterly, semi-annually, annually)
  4. Submit the ticket. Petal Host support will process your request and confirm the billing cycle change.

Note: Longer billing cycles (quarterly, semi-annual, annual) offer significant discounts compared to monthly billing.
