Update your PetalHost Customer Portal security question and answer to enhance account recovery options. This feature helps verify your identity if you forget your password or need additional account protection.
Before you start
You must be logged in to the PetalHost Customer Portal to change your security question.

Steps to change your security question
- Log in to the PetalHost Customer Portal at https://petalhost.com/members/.
- On the top menu bar, click HELLO, NAME! (where NAME is your first name).
- In the dropdown menu, click Security Settings.
- On the Security Settings page, locate the Change Security Question section:
- Current Answer – If you have an existing security question, enter its answer in the first text box to verify your identity.
- Security Question – Select your new question from the dropdown list.
- New Answer – Type the answer to your selected security question.
- Confirm Answer – Retype the answer to confirm it matches.
- Click Save Changes to update your security question and answer.
Tip: Choose a security question and answer that only you would know. Avoid using information easily found on social media or public records.

Troubleshooting
- Can't remember current answer? Try common variations or contact support for assistance.
- Answers don't match? Ensure both answer fields have identical text (case-sensitive).
- No security question option? This feature may not be available on all account types—contact support to enable it.
