How to Enable Single Sign On in the Customer Portal

Single Sign-On lets you log in to the PetalHost Customer Portal using a connected identity provider, reducing the need to remember multiple passwords and improving account security.

Before you start

You must be logged in to the PetalHost Customer Portal to enable Single Sign-On (SSO). If you do not know how to log in, please see: How to access the PetalHost Customer Portal.

Enabling Single Sign-On

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.
  2. On the menu bar, click HELLO, [Your Name]!.
  3. Click ACCOUNT SECURITY.
  4. Under the Single Sign-On section, select the checkbox to enable SSO.
  5. If prompted, confirm or save your changes. Single Sign-On is now enabled for your account.
