How to manage credit cards on the Customer Portal

This article describes how to manage your credit card information using the Petal Host Customer Portal, including adding a new card or replacing your existing payment method.

Managing credit card information

To add a credit card to your Customer Portal account, or to change the existing credit card information, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.
  2. On the menu bar, click HELLO, [Your Name]!.
  3. Click PAYMENT METHODS.
  4. Under Payment Methods, click Add New Credit Card.
  5. Fill in the form with:
    • Description: (Optional) Add a name for this card (for example, "Primary Card").
    • Card Number: Enter the credit card number (no spaces or dashes).
    • Expiry Date: Select the month and year from the dropdown lists.
    • CVV/CVC2 Number: Enter the 3-digit security code on the back of your card.
    • Billing Address: Select an existing address or click Add a new address.
  6. Click Save Changes.

Important: You can only maintain one credit card at a time in the Customer Portal. Adding a new card will replace any existing card information.
