Before you start

You must be logged in to the PetalHost Customer Portal to request a migration. If you do not know how to log in, please see: How to access the PetalHost Customer Portal.

Requesting a Migration

Follow these steps to submit your migration request through the PetalHost Customer Portal.

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Migration Request Form.
  3. Complete all form fields with accurate details:
    • Source Hosting Company: Enter your current provider's name.
    • Source Control Panel: Specify cPanel, Plesk, or similar.
    • Source Server Details: Provide control panel login, SSH login (include hostname and port), FTP login, etc.
    • Websites to Migrate: List domains or note "complete cPanel account" for full transfers.
    • Additional Requests (Optional): Include CMS details, Node/PHP versions, paid SSL info, or other requirements.
  4. Click Submit to send your request.

Important Information

Migrations process on a first-come, first-served basis, with most completing within hours. Factors like source network speed, site count, and complexity affect timing—your migration team keeps you updated via the portal.

Provide complete form details for fastest service; most providers list this info centrally.
