How to View Email History on the Customer Portal

Review all messages sent by PetalHost to your account, including welcome emails and notifications, directly from the Customer Portal.

Before you start

You must be logged in to the PetalHost Customer Portal to view email history. If you do not know how to log in, please see: How to access the PetalHost Customer Portal.

Viewing E-mail History

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.
  2. On the menu bar, click HELLO, [Your Name]!.
  3. Click EMAIL HISTORY.
  4. A list of all messages sent to your account appears.

Working with Messages

  • View a message: Click View Message next to any email.
  • Sort by date: Click the Date Sent column heading.
  • Sort by subject: Click the Message Subject column heading.
  • View more pages: Click Next at the bottom of the list.
