Transfer ownership of your complete PetalHost account or individual hosting plans/domains through the Customer Portal using these two methods.
Before you start
You must be logged in to the PetalHost Customer Portal to initiate account ownership transfers. If you do not know how to log in, please see: How to access the PetalHost Customer Portal.
Complete Account Transfer
When someone takes over your entire account:
- Log in to the Customer Portal.
- Update all contact information for the new owner (name, email, phone). See How to edit account details.
- Update credit card/payment information if needed.
- The new owner can now log in with their updated credentials.
Single Plan/Domain Transfer
To transfer only one hosting plan or domain (keeping others under your control):
- Log in to the Customer Portal.
- Open a billing support ticket specifying exactly what to transfer.
- Provide the new owner's complete details:
- First name, Last name
- Email address, Company name
- Full address (Address 1, Address 2, City, State/Region, ZIP, Country)
- Phone number
- Billing cycle preference (monthly, quarterly, etc.)
- PetalHost creates the new account and confirms via ticket reply.
